Adam Ritter has been involved with the entertainment industry since 2002 when he was commissioned to man the merchandise booth on a regional rock tour. In the years that followed, he became an integral part of merchandise and tour management teams for numerous multi-platinum artists on some of the decade's top-grossing tours. During his time on the road, Adam gained invaluable experience, seeing the daily lives of touring artists and learning how to manage all the different facets of such a unique career. Adam was contracted by a nationally best-selling author to manage, fund, and promote upcoming book and film projects. As his experience, love of all things business, and connections grew, Adam formed Ephraim Management Group in late 2010. During this season, Adam helped to raise capital for his artists and their projects and work to bring their career vision to life. Capital meetings opened a door for location consistency and new opportunities. In 2015, Adam settled in Los Angeles to join the newly formed brokerage at Vault Brokerage. In his first 3 months Adam listed and sold over 5 Million in assets. He knew then that he had found something special. Adam helped lead the team to over 20 million in sales in 2016. Initial conversations with Vault discussed opening a branch in San Antonio, Texas. However, after moving, the brokerage decided to go in another direction, and Adam and his family chose to stay in San Antonio to remain close to family. Adam is excited to use his experience in being a voice between the brand and the public. A native of Franklin, TN, Adam currently resides in Austin with his wife Kate and sons Blanton and Silas
