JB Hi-Fi’s Bondi Junction store has one of the highest turnovers despite it’s small size. The store sells computers, personal electronics, TV’s, Hifi systems and is a full Telco (Telstra) retailer.

In November 2017, I joined two colleagues to form an business to try fill a gap in the market. My role for this business included:● Designing, building and managing the website (both front and back end) for the company, including taking the shots for the website, preparing the website copy and adapting an integrated e-commerce platform for online sales as well as multiple sales channels● Devising and managing the social media strategy, including building, integrating and promoting the Facebook page● Creating and distributing an e-newsletter for the business● Managing the shipment of orders to customers, to ensure that all orders are processed and completed methodically and in a timely manner ● Designing the business marketing programs, and analysing the results of the business marketing initiatives
