Freelance and contract web development, product and UX consulting. Building websites is fun, but building immersive online and mobile experiences is more fun! I managed Feynman's small development team, and served as the interface between them, customers and senior leadership. Working initially in marketing, customer relations and technical support, once I got some exposure to front end development I knew that was where I wanted to be. I eventually became responsible for styling Telenect's webcasting interface to fit client requests, writing project specs and QA/unit-testing. Other responsibilities included training new team.

Guiding can be awesome or complete drudgery depending on who ends up on your boat, but regardless you want clients to be treated with professionalism and respect and have a safe, fun trip. This job taught me a lot about relating to all kinds of people from all over the world.
