Previously, in this role, I've managed multiple teams with several projects running simultaneously. In this position I wear several hats, including but not limited to scrum master, career coach, mentor, technical leader, and people manager.The projects that I've managed on this team involve high executive visibility and are some of the flagship applications for the company, playing a crucial role in the Creative Flow suite which has become one of the primary focuses for the company in 2022.

My primary responsibility was ensuring the efficiency and scalability of our component library and living style guide through a high-functioning, agile team. The team needed to have the ability to adapt, pivot, and quickly construct new components to fit the needs of both the design organization and engineering organization during our full site redesign. I am the point of contact for the ux platform team, facilitating discussions and prioritizing the work that comes out of these discussions. Consulting as a Front End developer on Spectrum Guide, Charter's flagship TV interface.My main role is that of CSS architect. Managing the CSS for a team of 20 developers, handling major refactors, enforcing standards(includes strict enforcement of LessLint checks), and general guidance for complex problems. I also function as a liaison between development and design, providing insight into both worlds for the purpose of reaching the most viable solution. Common technologies and programs I've used on the project include LESS, JavaScript, Photoshop, Git, and various agile development focused tools.
