Create and implement global compliance program (including KYC/KYB, sanctions, reporting, etc), data privacy strategy (including compliance with GDPR, CPRA, and other data privacy standards) and the achievement of ISO 27001 compliance (with SOC 2 on the way). Manage outside counsel spend; reduced spend by over 50%.
