- Company management & development (6 years - Board Member). - Leading consulting and HRM/L&D projects (over 25 HR projects). - Direct work with managers: consulting, workshops (over 2000 hours) and individual support (over 400 hours) in the areas of: strategy, leadership, HR, leading team, management and personal skills. - Conducting AC / DC for managerial positions and key experts (in total over 300 individual reports). - Running projects in the field of implementation of systemic HR solutions (onboarding, remuneration, development paths, annual evaluations, individual developmental goals, recruitment and assessor's academy, HCM systems, 360 evaluation, TTT). - Design and development of HRM System

- Business development department manager. - Development of a product line dedicated to HR departments (tools for competence assessment, job descriptions, recruitment, online tests, e-learning, blended learning, training management, competence management - currently, the ADS eHCM system). - Leading 3 development teams (Agile using MSTFS) - Conducting and supervising a portfolio of value projects over PLN 18 million - implementing HRM solutions (onboarding, recruitment, succession, development management, competence management, HCM systems). - Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners in Poland and abroad.
