Responsibilities include comprehensive project management specific to clinical outcome assessment development and implementation, including preparing proposals, protocols, and site training materials; overseeing data collection and management; conducting qualitative interviews and moderating focus group discussions (in English and Spanish); assisting with or overseeing data analysis and literature reviews; supervising clinical site recruitment and training; and reviewing/preparing/editing reports. Additional responsibilities include overall project management, financial/budget oversight, and timeline management, as well as management of Evidera's COA Licensing program.

San Francisco Bay Area

Managed a variety of patient-centered qualitative research studies, including proposal and budget development, site training, patient-testing (conducting concept elicitation and cognitive interviews in English and Spanish), data collection, qualitative analysis using Atlas.ti, and final report writing. As the lead language reviewer on HRA’s Internal Review team, edited scientific reports and manuscripts to ensure consistency and readability of final deliverables. Led HRA’s unique U.S. Spanish localization projects, translating, editing, recruiting patients, and conducting qualitative interviews to address regional differences among the diverse Spanish-speaking population across the United States.

Greater Seattle Area

Recruited, trained, and supervised HRA’s Language team, providing cross-cultural adaptations of clinical and research measures for use worldwide. Developed proposals, budgets, final reports, and collaborated directly with clients representing a variety of pharmaceutical and research needs. Represented HRA at international conferences, presented posters, and published abstracts and manuscripts.

Greater Seattle Area

Coordinated localization of life science measures, focusing primarily on US and Latin American Spanish. Assisted in the development of highly specialized cross-cultural adaptation methodology approved by the FDA and Medical Outcomes Trust.
