Acted as generalist to respond to needs of growing enterprise. • Oversaw expansion in Pittsburgh of new full-service division including hiring, training, facility set-up and transitioning of accounts from competitor. • Participated in expansion to Atlanta, which included taking over distressed competitor, hiring, training, maintaining clientele and starting new rental offering.• Managed Las Vegas division on temporary basis to end financial losses and put division on a stable financial path.• Developed and implemented standardized procedures for all divisions.
