The Hospital Club is a private members club dedicated to the creative industries. Within this club are various event spaces in which I had responsibility to hire & produce events within. These spaces ranged from a TV studio, gallery space or smaller meeting rooms. In this all-encompassing role, I managed events for large corporate clients such as M.A.C Cosmetics, Apple & Google & Fashion parades for London Fashion Week plus internal member events. In particular, I was responsible for all the Weddings & receptions in this licensed building. With both weddings & events, I was responsible for selling spaces, quotes & contracts, developing the structure & schedule, producing signage, ordering props & entertainment along with internal communications with the food & beverage & facility teams.

In this national role, as Event Producer, my responsibilities included the event production elements, advertising, POS collateral, DM material, web copy, GWP/GWV, talent management & store communication for varied in store marketing campaigns. These campaigns were the Christmas campaign; backstage elements of the bi annual collections launch parades & the national in store event calendar across all departments & all stores. I was in charge for the man management of 1 coordinator to guide her through the process & allocate her tasks.
