• Deliver and manage full service tax preparation and consulting services for clients such as a multi-national, multi-state partnership. Consulting services include federal, state, and payroll tax compliance, calculating partner capital balances, partners’ retirement calculations, and unit ownership schedule.• Supervise and train staff accountants on the preparation of tax returns and GAAP financial statements for high net worth family groups, including real estate partnerships, trusts, estates, individuals, and private foundations.• Research and explain complex business and individual tax transactions to clients, and document the research in clear and concise tax memoranda. • Communicate with multiple clients each day and effectively prioritize numerous projects
