Adam Rubenstein has extensive experience working with commercial and residential properties, from sales and leasing to rapid and efficient resolution of tenant grievances, capital improvements and preventative maintenance. With a degree in Finance from the University of Arizona, Adam began his career in the real estate business in 2003 with Prudential CA Realty, John Aaron Division in the flagship Beverly Hills office. Adam joined The Beaumont Company in 2020 as a Property Supervisor for a portfolio of accounts, comprised of Multi-Family units, Shopping centers, Mixed-Use retail and office from Woodland Hills and Beverly Hills to Los Feliz. Adam consistently managed his portfolio and added value while securing numerous additional property management accounts including industrial, retail and multi family units from Chatsworth to Long Beach and Pomona. Working through the COVID19 lease moratoriums presented a unique challenge to renter’s and landlords alike. Adam felt a novel sense of accomplishment in finding creative solutions for all parties during unprecedented times. Investors, small business owners and residential tenants expressed gratitude for Adam's empathy and experience and compassion. Adam is currently pursuing a CPM designation with IREM- LA to acquire the tools needed to succeed in the fast paced, constantly evolving field of property management and supervision. He also sits on several IREM LA committees including Multi-Family, Communications and IREM Young Professionals to network with other property management professionals in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Additionally Adam sits on the Anderson Munger YMCA board as well as the Wilshire Rotary Special events committee with interim President Josh Rudoy. Adam has had an extensive real estate and property management career that has prepared him for his next endeavors as a senior level property supervisor / property manager. While The Beaumont Company’s boutique focus provided a great experience working with smaller portfolios and mom and pop landlords he has aspires to work with larger institutions with higher capital portfolios.
