Responsible for a team of 20+ cost control staff executing a $4B Domestic and International contract, ensuring contractual compliance, cost and schedule management, budget development, risk analysis, financial estimating, and proposal support for deliverable cost-reimbursable and fixed-price contracts with full Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting. Responsibilities include coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training and providing performance assessments.

Responsible for Earned Value compliance on multiple program contracts, developed and enforced consistent practices across all contracts. Responsible for leading Implementation Reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews and Standard Surveillance Reviews at prime contractor and subcontractors across multiple regions and sites (California, Colorado, Alabama, Massachusetts, Texas).

Responsible for the successful capture and negotiation of $3B contract between Lockheed Martin and Missile Defense Agency. Obligations included customer and subcontract partnering, the financial analysis and development of follow-on production contracts, studies and budgetary estimate proposals.

Responsible for cost and schedule integration, financial analysis for multiple subcontracts with full cost reporting in excess of $750M. Responsible for managing, analyzing and assessing all subcontract financial data, including performance and proposal activity, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the financial and scheduling data, and providing status to internal and external executive management. Responsible for leading and participating in audit events at the prime contractor and subcontractors.

Project coordination and budget management for all print collateral, including marketing and public relations campaigns. Copywriter for client projects and external communications, including newsletters, brochures, direct-mail campaigns and press releases. Graphic design for all creative client accounts, including Hewlett-Packard and American Express.
