- Drove Sales, Marketing & New Business activities for ESD/digital products, with PnL responsibility for Digital Video Games & Audio Books. Established CDON as one of Europe's leading online stores of digital games despite only targeting the Nordic markets.- Led the development work of internal tools, website/backend UI/UX-improvements for customers and to switch digital products from a white label solution to an API-based solution (ZTORM) which could be ingested and integrated to our bespoke e-commerce platform.- Led the development work to migrate the digital products from the old CDON ecommerce platform to the new platform, enabling customers to purchase physical items and digital products in the same basket for the first time.
