I am a Technical Lead within the BT Claims domain at Suncorp. In this role I have the opportunity to lead large initiatives covering both our technical platform and business project delivery. I am a passionate advocate for Building Quality In and lead by example in this area. I am an active member of our Architecture Community of Practice and am currently acting in an Architect position on the upcoming Vero NZ Platform Upgrade Project.I was recently the Technical Lead for two customer self service initiatives, AAMI Claim Online and My Claim Manager Extension for the Suncorp Group.
