The Basics:Adam is the Partner in charge of our Local Government, Planning and Environmental Law Section. He has been with Marsdens since 1986 and became a Partner in 1995. In addition to legal qualifications, Adam holds the degree of Bachelor of Economics.His clients include more than 40 Local Councils as well as a large number of private property developers and other private clients. He regularly appears as an advocate in the Land and Environment Court to conduct cases on behalf of Councils and other private clients.
