We also, manage and maintain the robust archive of all NASCAR owned media content on both tape and digital mediums. I am daily responsible for:•Operation of systems such as Episode, Vantage, Media Encoder, and Compressor to transcode media in a variety of file-based formats and codecs including Apple Pro Res, H.264, MPEG 3 and 4, .WMV, .MXF, and other HD and SD formats according to specific needs of producers and clients. •Operation of Media Asset Management Systems such as Levels Beyond Reach Engine and CatDV to archive and collect media for NASCAR producers and other network partners. •Retrieve restored media, as well as archive newly ingested media, using FrontPorch Digital's DIVArchive Director. Complete Partial and Full File restores to the point of reconnection in Non Linear Editors Final Cut and Adobe Premiere. •Operate EVS IP Director's graphical user interface to prepare and quality control incoming and outgoing media according the the Transmission Satellite Calendar. Also, connect media from IP Director to our network using XT Access. •Deliver media to clients using hardware compatible with FireWire 400/800 and USB 2.0/3.0. Output and Duplicate to tapes DVCPro, BetaSD and HD, and D5 using Fork Ingest and Production Client. As well as deliver content through File Transfer Protocol both web based and through Transmit FTP client.•Prepare DVD and BluRay .ISO files using Adobe Encore and burn the content using Primera and Rimage systems. -
