I have been a residential Realtor for almost 20 years, working with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers. Since the start of 2022, I have worked as a Senior Sales Partner with Compass Realty on The Muncey Group team. I possess a unique skill set which sets me apart from many other Realtors. Those who know me best would describe me as patient, empathetic, and a great listener. My core belief is that it is always about what is in the best interest of my clients.In 2010, I obtained my Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certification. My goal was to focus a portion of my real estate practice working with this ever-expanding demographic. As seniors and the Baby Boomer generations continue to age, this subset of real estate is changing. How these groups go about deciding where and how to live is going to become a major factor in real estate in the next decade. I have developed valuable contacts and created deep relationships in the senior care community. I have the personality, skill set, and understanding to be an advocate and resource for my clients who meet these criteria.In 2020, I became a Certified Divorce Specialist. In this role, I help individuals with their real estate needs/challenges during the difficult process of separation and divorce. Much like my work as an SRES, this type of real estate is more collaborative with many different people working as a team, to help clients navigate this challenging and emotionally charged time in their lives.Born and raised in Newton, MA, I attended Ithaca College’s Park School of Communications. For the past 20+ years, I have lived in Jamaica Plain. I truly love the diversity and sense of community JP has to offer and cannot imagine a better neighborhood to call home. When I’m not working hard for my clients, I spend time with my Goldendoodle, Riley, who is a therapy dog. Together we visit hospitals, colleges, and various other institutions in and around Boston, with the goal of providing comfort to patients, students, and other people whose conditions benefit from the support.
