I have been in customer service and retail sales for ten years. In 2012, I started my career working for Taco Bell in Ponca City, OK. I worked there for two years in high school, and then moved to Stillwater, OK for a brief period. After just a few short months, I became homesick and took a position as a customer service representative for Hastings Entertainment in 2015. During this time, I decided to go to school at Northern Oklahoma College. Unfortunately, Hastings filed for bankruptcy in 2016, so my career there came to a sudden end. As I looked for something I could be passionate about, I briefly worked as a Store Leader for GameStop from 2016 to 2017. In May of 2017, I graduated from Northern Oklahoma College with an Associate's Degree in Mass Communications. Around the same time, I was offered an opportunity at Lowe's. During my time at Lowe's, I managed the Outdoor and Indoor Lawn and Garden departments. I coached the teams, tightened our operations, and led the departments to have 2 successful years in 2019 and 2020. Both departments saw record growth and sales performance. This also took place during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic as well as the beginning of some difficult supply chain issues. In 2020, I decided to return to school virtually at Oklahoma State University to pursue a degree in marketing. In 2020, my life changed forever. After my first child entered the world, I decided I needed a better work/life balance to support my family. This led me to Simmons Bank. I took on the challenge of becoming a Financial Center Manager for the Stillwater 3rd and Main location. Since then, I've realized just how much my work impacts the lives of others. In 2022, I graduated from OSU with my BSBA in Marketing and started working for MidFirst Bank's Digital Marketing team. In 2023, I welcomed my second child into the world and accepted the Website Project Lead position at MidFirst. We also launched the redesigned midfirst.com in 2023, which is the largest project I've ever been a part of. With more exciting digital projects on the way, my goal is to continue making an impact with everything I do.
