I have the pleasure of leading a team of brilliant technologists in an incredible organization, Mystic Lake Hotel Casino. My team consists of application engineers, software developers, database administrators, and business intelligence developers. We are responsible for a diverse application portfolio with over 250 applications that support all aspects of a large gaming and hospitality organization. We are also responsible for all tribal government and tribal business applications. This technology supports the casino, several restaurants, 700+ room hotel and convention center, convenience stores, golf course, health food store, and many other unique and interesting businesses. I have been in the technology industry for over 20 years and in the gaming business for over 6 years. I am truly passionate about my work and I’m always eager to connect with other technology leaders. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, my favorite part is building great teams, seeing them grow, and flourish. I also enjoy working with business leaders to understand their business objectives and to find ways to align technology with those objectives. When I'm not working I can be found out on a trail hiking with my wife or running. When stuck inside, I usually have my nose in a book. Leadership or a biography are my top picks.
