My best efforts to manage my stress weren’t working. I knew I had to find a new way to be a leader of leaders. I discovered that mindfulness and meditation relieved my stress and allowed me to remain calm even in the most challenging of situations. The difference was so profound that I invested my time to become a trained Mindfulness Facilitator through UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC). And then, I brought what I was learning back to my office.I am a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, Professional (CMT-P) through the International Mindfulness Teachers Association. Today, personally and professionally, creating compassionate, supportive spaces for individuals to heal, feel supported, and gain more confidence is my passion.With 20 years of experience in leadership, combined with 8 years in active meditation, I have developed the ability to help people at every level of the company to embrace their strengths and discover the leader within.
