Served as the primary marketing point-of-contact for HDR's wastewater market sector.- Provided leadership in managing HDR's brand in the marketplace- Lead the development of all national marketing materials that included development and coordination of graphics, writing and editing, desktop publishing, document development and production; this included the production of newsletters, marketing pieces such as pamphlets, brochures, and informational handouts for conferences or speaking engagements- Organized key projects and staff for proposal and pursuit efforts including development of win strategies, preparation of proposals and presentations, quality review, and coaching presentation teams; these efforts included a significant amount of research, collaboration, technical and creative writing, and layout development- Coordinated and lead marketing coordinators involved in local production of marketing materials, including review and quality assurance of all external marketing materials- Managed the wastewater’s division marketing budget and negotiated contracts for sponsorships, advertisements, and conferences
