I entered the HVAC industry in 2007, taking on significant responsibilities in sales and project management for various commercial projects. These projects were located on Camp Lejeune Military Base, as well as at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW), and within New Hanover County Schools.In 2010, my career took a significant leap forward when I co-founded my own HVAC company. I played a pivotal role in overseeing HVAC installations in both commercial and residential settings. My expertise particularly flourished in areas such as Carrier Control Systems, Heat Harvester, and Water Source Startups, leading me to specialize in ductless and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) products. My company regularly installed systems from leading manufacturers including Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Daikin, TRANE, and GREE.By 2015, I had taken on the role of Sales Engineer for Duct-Free Split (DFS) and VRF systems for Toshiba / Carrier with Carrier Enterprise on the East Coast. This position enabled me to transition from Regional Sales to Regional Leadership, eventually becoming the Sales Director for Commercial, Ductless, and VRF sectors. I later advanced to Vice President of Product Management for Carrier Enterprise Southeast.Currently, I am the President of Munch’s Supply Michigan, a Marcone company. In this role, I continue to leverage my extensive experience and leadership skills to drive success and innovation in the HVAC industry.
