I am currently the CoFounder/Co-owner and Chief Officer of Revenue and Strategy at CyberFox (PasswordBoss/AutoElevate) after an amazing run with Liongard where we took a very early stage company and created one of the most innovative companies in the SaaS world. I am now reunited with David Bellini as we have quickly built a cyber security company that provides password & priveledge management. We have built the company leveraging all we learned building ConnectWise in the early years. Provide solid tech with a strong focus on the customer experience and at reasonable prices that allow the MSPs to be financially successful. We strongly believe Cyberfox will be a special company. I have also invested in and/or sat as an advisor/board member for multiple tech companies over the last 8 years. Many of these companies have experienced extreme growth due to my input. In summary, I have interviewed thousands and hired hundreds of sales, marketing, & sales operations colleagues while leading revenue teams that have closed hundreds of millions of dollars in business. Many of my direct hires that I have also mentored/trained/coached are now CEOs, CMOs, VPs, etc. across multiple companies. I am a extremely passionate leader who still believes that one person can make a dramatic impact. I lead by example - never ask someone to do something that you won't do yourself. I strongly believe that my experience in the Military has made me a better leader in the public sector. I focus on creating ways to over exceed objectives by creating environments where people are empowered, reducing all unproductive noise and encouraging people to take pride in their work.

I participated in the evaluation and was responsible for all of the revenue functions of 3 major acquisitions - LabTech, Quosal & ScreenConnect. From my network, I recruited or influenced the hiring of many of our executive staff to include the current CEO, VPs of Sales and CMO. I also recruited most of the Revenue Leadership team. While at ConnectWise, I reported directly & indirectly into 3 different CEOs as well as peered with 5 different COOs and 4 different CFOs. Regardless of changes, we had 95 out of 97 months of YOY sales growth. We never missed a quarter or annual quota. We never lowered the quotas or objectives mid year and always grew a minimum of 20 to 35% a year under my leadership. I was responsible for creating the company’s worldwide sales strategy & sales targets during the majority of my 8+ years. This included establishing all of the quotas and associated compensation plans. I was also responsible for creating the go-to-market sales strategies that resulted in our revenue growth. I architected our worldwide channel strategy which resulted in partnerships with distributors such as TechData, Ingram Micro, SYNEX & Arrow as well as vendor partnerships with many of the leading security & back-up vendors to include Webroot, Storagecraft, Veam, Acronis, ESET, MalwareBytes and many others. My ability to build strong teams & a fantastic culture as well as maintaining a very high level of revenue colleague retention greatly contributed to our fast growth. -
