• Managed the design and development of custom digital donation solutions including a custom payment gateway to support over 50 church locations, web and native app’s to shift from traditional cash/credit card donations and a customer facing marketing campaign to transition and onboard users - successfully migrating over 70% of all donations to digital channels within a 12-month period.• Led a customer-first strategy in transitioning our congregation member database/CRM into a member engagement portal, enabling user-initiated onboarding/account creation, donation management, volunteer involvement, small group management, course enrolment and communication preference management with integration into marketing automation platform and custom build data warehouse for reporting visualisation.
