Senior Audio Engineer working on Global Campaigns across the entire McCann Worldgroup and IPG Network. I helped create a smart, resourceful and highly competent team of full-time and part-time engineers, delivering world class work. We created an open culture when it came to feedback and it helped us constantly push ourselves to deliver highly creative sonics.Whilst at McCann, I helped start Craft Music, McCann's London based music production and licensing arm, helping our clients get the best creative producers and composers working on their sonic branding and soundtracks.

Senior Audio Engineer covering a multitude of roles and disciplines. I worked very closely within my team to develop key workflows for seamless delivering for all our content on tight deadlines. I made sure we kept up to date with the ever changing audio standards in multiple territories. I implemented a centralised server for our large bank of assets and projects, ensuring backup and delivery was streamlined. Most of all, each day I got to be devilishly creative and work with great people!- Mixing for TV, Feature Films, Commercials, Trailers and Promos. (5.1 Surround Sound, 7.1, Dolby Atmos (pre-mixing to full format sound stage experience), Binaural and Ambiosonics- 360 Sound Design for TV, Feature Films, Advertising, Trailers and Promos including VR Binaural sound design and mixing- Original music composition for TV, Advertising and Film- Music editing, mixing and remixing- Recording Location Sound- High-End ADR and dialogue Recording (clients include Pixar, Skydance, and Tom Ford) using ISDN, Source Connect, Polycom and Video Conferencing softwares.- Directing voice talent- Sound Library creation

My role involved being a self-sufficient and positive energy around the studios. My daily tasks included looking after our clients, maintaining the studios and ensuring our staff had all they needed. I learnt how to be apart of a team and what levels I was willing to go to ensure I fulfilled my duties.
