I am a veteran with 27 years of leadership experience in the US Army, where I held senior management positions at various levels, from the small team to the divisional/executive level. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM), with expertise in agile and waterfall methodologies, strategic thinking, and innovative problem solving. I recently completed my service as the Division Command Sergeant Major at the 4th Infantry Division, where I was the principal advisor to the Division Commander and the Senior Commander of an Army installation. I counseled on the usage of resources, programs, and funding to train the largest Division in the Army, and oversaw the management of installation operations and living conditions for soldiers and families. I also contributed to the development and advancement of more than 50 senior leaders, and facilitated the collaboration across a Division Staff to improve processes and outcomes. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to transition to a civilian career, where I can apply my knowledge, passion, and values to support the success of organizations and teams. I am a lifelong learner, who is always eager to expand my horizons and learn new things. I am also a people investor, who believes in empowering and mentoring others to achieve their full potential. I enjoy the outdoors, watching sports, and playing golf.
