As a service owner I was selected to lead several, mostly consolidation and virtualization projects. Thanks to successful delivery, my major responsibility shifted to project management and I was collaborating with remote teams on high profile international projects.

As a result of company growth and increased complexity of collaboration services, I took responsibility for systems architecture and service ownership, leaving major daily operations on my new colleagues.

In Globus company I started as a Windows Server system administrator. I built core Windows Server architecture, including Microsoft Exchange, ISA (TMG) and SharePoint servers.

That was in times of software boxes, so I was basically recommending right box for customer needs. Later I specialized on Microsoft Office tools.
