Big vision + innovation = a path for equitable care. My career has been defined by building category-creating companies that meet unique and distinct needs industries have been challenged to address. Co-founder and the Chief Innovation Officer at Patient Discovery, a health tech startup delivering patient-generated insights for equitable care. I lead the product strategy, design, development, and execution of a technology platform to advance health equity in a practical, actionable way. My own personal motivations for founding Patient Discovery were born from my experiences helping my wife navigate her cancer journey. Today, top health systems, biopharmaceutical companies, health plans, and government agencies use Patient Discovery’s technology as part of a nationwide initiative to reduce disparities in cancer care and help turn equity into reality. Previously, I founded True Office where I created a new category of enterprise software that translated complex regulatory or compliance policies and concepts into easy-to-digest information, all while harnessing the powerful insights and actionable data needed to drive organizational change. That effort laid the groundwork for Patient Discovery — where we harness patient-generated insights to transform the patient experience while improving health outcomes.
