I possess 10 years of customer service experience including 6 years of Executive Assistant support. My position as an Executive Assistant allows me to support two Partners and communicate with their clients. By organizing their day, I am able to strategically plan their travel and schedule all crucial meetings. In addition, I am able to prioritize the given tasks and resolve all calendar conflicts. Equally important, I am the gatekeeper for all corresponding communication.  Prior to becoming an Executive Assistant, my experience includes working in retail and Geek Squad at Best Buy. I led a team of 20-30 employees with a focus of selling a complete solution and providing world-class customer service. During my career, I won the Brad Anderson (former CEO) Legacy award, which is given to 1% of employees, for outstanding performance in customer service and sales. I enjoy finding a solution to any complex problem and sharing my best practices with my fellow employees. Prior to working in Geek Squad, I was a licensed real estate agent in Tampa, FL. I worked with prospective home buyers by guiding them through the mortgage process, current market conditions, and the negotiation of the house. To further assist the buyers, I generated a list of properties that are compatible with their finances and needs. Also, I actively promoted properties by advertising open houses though the multiple listing service. Through each transaction, I was able to effectively prepare listing agreements, sales contracts on behalf of the buyer, and lease agreements.  I enjoy listening to the needs of my colleagues and providing solutions in a fast-paced environment. Prioritizing my day is the key to meeting any deadline. To further enhance my communication skills, I completed my Business Admin degree from the University of Florida in December 2019.
