I am a self-proclaimed deal-junkie. I love the process of the deal, the minutiae, seeing it through from start to finish, and yes, even a bit of the paperwork. At Holder Properties, the art of the deal meets real estate investment, development, and management – an ideal combination that allows me to pursue my passion. I work with our team throughout the negotiation, lead the closing process, and strategize on how to operate our company and our projects more effectively and efficiently. I’m focused on delivering key outcomes, building a remarkable team, and protecting the company’s downside. I feel the most successful when my colleagues are thriving, and the team is achieving its goals.Outside of work is where my negotiating skills really get put to the test, with my 4 and 5 year olds. I also try to stay involved as a lay leader of a few organizations that mean a lot to me - the Jewish Community Center and Federation to name a few.
