As VP of Product Management, I supported customers, sales, customer success, sales operations and marketing. I lead a successful launch of a new Splunk managed service that includes a Splunk TA health monitoring app, over 200 security use cases and dashboards providing millions in annual revenue. I also launched ProView Plus with ThreatInsight risk scoring with executive dashboards which got Proficio nominated for Most Innovative Cyber Security Company. ProView Plus provides threat trends, overall threat landscape views and a patent pending threat scoring system that scores customer perimeter, endpoint core and cloud zones and automatically identifies gaps in security and recommends which net new security controls would provide the broadest threat coverage. I lead a very talented team consisting of product management, data science, software engineering and DevOps.

Responsible for developing software products both SaaS and on premise that delight our customers . I develop go-to-market strategies to service the Large Enterprise and growth markets and manage a talented team of Principle Product Managers and Product Owners and together we manage a portfolio of CA products in the Infrastructure Management BU including Unified Infrastructure Management (Nimsoft), CA Unified Infrastructure Management Snap (CA's first freemium product for 30 devices or less), CA Spectrum, CA Service Operations Insight (SOI), The NetQos suite of product including CA Network Flow Analysis, Application Delivery Analysis, CA Virtual Assurance Infrastructure Manager, CA Server Performance Infrastructure Manager and CA Capacity Management. Develop go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, vision and strategy. Work closely with the entire value delivery chain including pricing, IT services, engineering, architecture, marketing on messaging, competitive positioning and programs and trade shows, partners and legal . Provide quarterly business reviews with entire value delivery chain to ensure we meet the needs of the business and continuously improve.

I manage a talented team of Sr Product Managers responsible for Nimsoft’s flagship product Nimsoft Monitor. I am responsible for the overall vision, new innovative ideas, user experience and direction as it pertains to the market, ensuring Nimsoft's competitive advantage.

Responsibilities include intuitive user interface design using the latest web-based technologies to reduce complexity and time to value. I worked with a talented user interface design team with usability research experts. We worked directly with customers to understand their personas and tasks they perform on a daily basis through usability studies so that we can build persona specific workflows that delight our customers. I designed user interfaces for both Nimsoft and Nimsoft Service Desk (formerly Inteq) that streamlined ITSM workflows.

Lead the company to a successful Beta and GA release of their latest agentless systems and applications monitoring solution Longitude. Researched competitors and provided detailed feature by feature competitive analysis, positioning, advantages & disadvantages. Recruited beta sites securing valuable reference sites to press and analysts. Designed and wrote technical product data sheets, release notes, getting started guides, training material, marketing and sales presentations. Provided technical presentations to analysts, partners and customers. Designed the service level agreement architecture and advanced notification system

Responsible for the vision and direction of the company and lead the company to a successful GA release of our flagship product InstantView. Invented the company’s patent pending Automated Root Cause & Impact Analysis technology that automatically diagnoses the root cause of network failures and provides impact analysis of what network infrastructure components are impacted. Wrote MRD’s and Engineering Requirements Specification documents, manuals, product literature and marketing material. Worked directly with focus groups and customers to gather product requirements an deliver features that the market demanded. Provided pre and post sales support from prospect engagements to production deployments.

Supported the Western Region Sales by providing technical expertise in network and systems management and network architecture in pre-sales and post-sales engagements and removed technical obstacles in the sales process.

Responsible for the company’s first official product release 2 months after I joined. Gathered product requirements from customers, wrote MRD’s (marketing requirements documents) and ERS’s (engineering requirements specifications) Designed future product architecture, direction and vision. Implemented a complete product release process from requirement definitions to deployment. Managed multiple product releases from Alpha, Beta and GA. Wrote product data sheets, managed technical writers to produce product manuals and literature

Supported the Western Region Sales by providing technical expertise in network management and network architecture in pre-sales and post-sales engagements. Provided OSS integration advice and gathered customer requirements. Installed, maintained and configured products on customer sites. Continually engaged with the customers providing technical support and network advice. Contributed in defining product marketing requirements. Aided in Marketing to position products and improve the products from a customer point of view.
