IT Project Lead for implementing all Systems, Applications, IT Processes, and Infrastructure for new Honda Plant in Celaya, MexicoResponsibilities include: 1. Managing the Overall process to gather requirements, complete design, and oversee the implementation of the Systems and Applications; This includes local systems as well as systems delivered and supported by other Honda companies in NA.2. Providing effective leadership to gather requirements, complete design, and implement the Production Line Control System.3. Managing the IT Investment, Expense and Manpower Budget.4. Manage all aspects of budget, business plan, organization, and projects for IT Security and Risk Services. Develop, Manage, and Report on the following critical items (Including, but not limited to):1) IT strategies and direction 2) Manage Sub-Dept budget and business plan 3) System strategy/direction/performance 4) Security and Risk KPI reportingAssigned as Leader of Honda NA IT Security and Risk Lead Committee: Responsible for developing cross company Security and Risk Strategy and Initiatives. Work with all Honda companies across North America to assess IT Security Projects, Critical Threats to Honda, and develop plans to improve overall IT Security Program.

Manage all activities of the North American IT PMO, including Project Demand, Project Prioritization, Resource Capacity Planning, and the IT Program Budget ($10M). Responsible for development, implementation, maintenance, and training of project management/project lifecycle (SDLC) processes and standards. Interface with IT management to develop and track compliance to internal IT Governance processes. Develop Annual Business Plans and forecasts of IT project commitments to support overall Company level initiatives. Other responsibilities include all aspects of staffing, budget planning, project status updates, vendor relationships, and resource management.

Project Manager and Technical Lead for implementation of CA Clarity 8.1 PPM Application. Lead project team to plan and configure Demand Management, Project Management, Resource Management and Financial Modules of the CA Clarity Application. Lead implementation of CA Clarity application across multiple IT organizations and various geographical locations. Develop effective training strategy and oversee training for 400+ Clarity users, including Resource Managers, Project Managers, Project Participants, and IT Management. Develop Implementation and Training plan for Clarity Demand management and lead rollout to 12,000 IT customers across all NA Honda manufacturing companies. Results of this project included savings to Honda of over $275k annually.

Oversee and manage all projects as well as day-to-day support for the Engine Plant IT Support Services Group. This includes network infrastructure, server management, manufacturing systems support, desktop PC support, operations, and training. Management responsibilities include daily/monthly reporting, creating and managing sub-department budgets, completing performance evaluations, interviewing and hiring associates and contractors, creating presentations for management and customer review. Project responsibilities at the engine plant include providing network services and lineside systems for plant expansion, managing Operating System upgrades for over 1100 office PCs and laptops, network infrastructure upgrades, and various department-specific projects.
