As an intern in JLL's Energy & Infrastructure Advisory team, I worked on transactions in the renewable energy space assisting with the disposal of their projects at all stages of development/operation. At both the asset and platform level, I have been involved across the various stages of the sell-side process for projects across the UK and continental Europe.

As the sole UK-based investment coordinator at Hoxton Property I developed a strong understanding of the intricacies of wealth management and real-asset investment in an independent environment. I worked directly with the company founder to service our clients in investment in UK property as well developing new business.My key responsibilities were to:- identify and build relationships with new clients to grow our business- consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend possible avenues for investment using UK property- work with and adapt cash flow models in the context of both leveraged and cash-based investments- manage existing relationships with clients to deal with any issues - perform market research of the property market and analyse investment opportunities

As the recruiter for Spencer Ogden's London finance desk in infrastructure and energy, I worked with leading investment firms to find exceptional talent for their mid-level teams. I took a desk that had been cold for a significant period of time and had to source a wide pool of both clients and candidates to work with in the space while developing my market knowledge of the renewable energy/energy and infrastructure finance industries.My key responsibilities were to:- identify and develop relationships with new and existing clients in an extremely competitive industry via business development, cold-calling, pitches/presentations and numerous other client meetings- understand and assess the needs of any particular client I worked with and providing relevant candidates in a short time-frame- develop and maintain a wide network of candidates via headhunting, job advertisements and mutual connections- handle all commercial aspects of the processes including negotiation of terms, CV presentation and interview arrangements
