Responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking routine maintenance schedules for the entire campus. Manage CMMS system across campus and verify maintenance schedules are functioning properly. Led an excellent team of over 30 FTE's in the maintenance department and handled most HR issues for the department including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and employee development.
