CurrentAdam focuses his practice on family and matrimonial matters that consist of the negotiation and drafting of prenuptial agreements, post nuptial agreements, dissolution of marriage actions, time sharing disputes, paternity, and child support matters. Additionallly, his Criminal Law practice encompasses the representation of individuals who have been arrested or charged with a violation of a criminal statute in either state court or federal court. This includes representation from the inception of the matter, pre filing negotiations, bond hearings, departure hearings, motion hearings, plea negotiations, defense and trial preparation and trying the case before a jury.
