- Built widely-acclaimed features for enterprise clients worth upwards of $3MM in annually recurring revenue; features included customizable dashboards, real-time reporting improvements, and real-time data aggregation across billions of documents in Elasticsearch.- Cut costs by salvaging dev hours from the toil of manual E2E testing and lengthy build times.- Steered the engineering team away from an $80,000 front-end re-write by leveraging React within AngularJS to implement resizable dashboards.- Reduced report loading time by implementing a “paging” feature within our back-end that interfaced with Elasticsearch to allow easy use of front-end pagers along with our back-end data aggregation. Leveraged Kibana to monitor query performance for large and complex ES queries.- Increased customer retention by fixing enterprise complaints related to UI responsiveness and usability

- Improved development team cycle times by implementing development best-practices, and co-led the redevelopment of the entire UI of the customer-facing application.- Improved client retention by implementing a high-touch bug-fixing process so that clients felt valued and had problems solved expediently.- Increased top-line revenue by leading the development of an enterprise feature-set that reduced the amount of manual testing needed to verify client releases were stable: Record & Replay.

- Rebuilt the company's entire application in AngularJS from jQuery, along with one other developer.- Utilize Chrome DevTools to identify slow pages and optimize their load times.
