A strong Project Manager having gained over 25 years’ Commercial fitout experience in the Construction Industry. My career beginning by completing a Carpentry Apprenticeship, then progressing through Project Coordination, Estimating and Site Supervision before advancing into Project Management.This well-rounded experience has provided a strong understanding of building processes, construction methodologies, and the unique challenges and requirements within each fitout. As Project Manager, my responsibility is for the overall delivery of the project from inception to completion, meeting the needs of the Client while adhering to company processes and industry requirements for OHSE&Q. I am also responsible for continual monitoring and revision of project programs, ensuring completeness and accuracy, to reflect a completion date on or ahead of contractual requirements. I strive to take a non-adversarial approach to issue resolution with clients, seeking client feedback throughout the project, with regard to quality, process, and overall performance. Ultimately, working together to achieve mutually acceptable outcomes.
