Mr. Thurston’s proficiency for understanding and presenting complex technical information has served his clients well in commercial breach of warranty cases involving such things as space hardware, industrial machinery, and printed circuit boards, as well as in high stakes products liability actions involving such things as commercial aircraft, furnaces, and food service products. Mr. Thurston has successfully defended corporate clients in a variety of consumer representative and class actions involving alleged violations of federal RICO and securities laws, unfair competition, trade secrets, and false advertising. He has extensive trial and appellate experience in both state and federal courts.Mr. Thurston began his legal career at Bryan Cave LLP in 1992, where he was promoted to partner in 2001. In October 2006, he opened his own firm with three of his Bryan Cave partners, Sheldon Eisenberg, David Raizman and Chris Wong.Mr. Thurston graduated magna cum laude from Boston University in 1988, and received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University in 1992.
