I am a doer. I am constantly diving into new challenges and teaching myself how to effectively work towards solutions. The central threads to my professional experience are learning, teaching others, and diving into data to make data-driven decisions. My passion is to collaborate with all stakeholders, conduct analysis to find inefficiencies and pain points, then review data to find creative, and effective decisions, or process improvements. From there, I enjoy seeing it through to develop and deliver proposals or training materials. I enjoy figuring out how to outsmart a problem or capitalize on an opportunity almost as much as I look forward to improving processes to make everyone's life easier.
