Within this role my main responsibilities include the investigation and remedy of PAYM Invalid CDRs, the Reporting of errors through the PAYM systems through spreadsheet maintenance and manipulation, and Liaising with different teams to resolve issues and producing month end packs for my peers.

During my initial university placement, I worked within two different teams in the Supplier Payments Department. The first was in the account specific team, and this saw me looking after some of the bigger accounts and other payments such as rent. The second role was in the Master Data Team. Within this role I had to create new suppliers, reconcile monthly statements of account and make any amendments to the accounts. I was also offered a return job on completion of my degree and rejoined to the team after finishing my studies.

This job has given me years of valuable experience working face to face with customers/clients and also working within a team. Despite being a part time employee, I was fully trusted by the management of both stores and this led me to being asked to travel to other stores to provide staff cover.

During my Easter break from university, I under took two weeks unpaid work experience as an Internal Auditor. During which I produced the Terms of Reference for a contractual audit the department was about to perform with another major UK based business, I prepared PowerPoint presentations; which were used during board meetings with VPs of the company, performed data entry tasks, updated current data sets and performed other basic ad-hoc roles.
