Having graduated from 8 different space projects and countless proposals with European space sector, I continue in my passion for space technology by working with newcomers to the industry. Its vague. Its hard. Its finding needles in a hay stack.But its always worth it.

Oversee the R&D lifecycle for the (embedded C code) software team developing environmental sensors to several major automotive clients, such as Audi and BMW and FIAT. This means the project timing, planning and resource scheduling across the entire software lifecycle, from requirements engineering, change management to release, configuration, and industrialization.Occasional customer communications and mentoring of new team members is of course necessary in a dynamic environment.

At Valeo, I have the intense job of leading and organizing several single-customer dedicated team for a premier German automotive OEM for the SCALA lidar. Teams include the core algorithms team, product system team, integrators and testers. Outside of the main development center, my responsibility extends to interfacing with a customer facing German team, and coordinating support from two other locations in Russia and North Africa.

Originally hired as a PM to lead the company's flagship project, I soon became one of the company’s senior managers thanks to my communications skills, ability to run R&D projects, properly utilize highly skilledemployees, as well as the ability to develop business relationships with potential partners.Co-led the international expansion into the German marketLed 5-8 highly skilled SW engineers, managed 4 major projects, average worth 300,000€, average duration 2 years.Main customers included: European Space Agency and Airbus Defense and Space, and collaborations Thales Alenia, OHB, and INMARSAT.

Worked as a consultant to provide project and people management know-how from larger organizations, to an internet based start-up Company with 45 employees and a 2 year history. Led weekly SCRUM meetings with the business unit to decide project pipeline priorities. I managed the in-house team of 6 Developers and 1 Project Manager

During this unique role within the company, I had the opportunity to be the focal point in communications ranging from employee benefits to promoting the at&t Brno office location with the rest of the corporation around the world. At the same time, managing internal initiatives to all employees and management team to be in line with company policies, branding and long term strategic goals.

As a Project Manager, I was leading from 3 to 10 specialists in project implementation. Along with all the typical responsibilities of a PM, from documentation to communication, I also mentored other Junior PMs and made recommendations on improving the various internal project management methods.

As a Product Engineer, I had ownership over two customer products, one internal development project and one theoretical Six Sigma project. A secondary role was to transfer knowledge and skills from Los AngelesUSA, to Brno Czech Republic.
