As part of the End User Computing Team I was responsible for scoping a Managed Print Service (MPS) for the client and then identifying a suppliers.The Managed Print Service had to be an all inclusive service which included the supply and installation of all devices (Printers + Scanners), remote / auto consumable management i.e. printer cartridges etc, Auto servicing and support. Following initial requirements gathering I created a Solution Blueprint and a list shortlist of 4 potential suppliers.Once the Solution Blueprint had been approved by the client the list was cut to 3 suppliers who were invited to present their solutions before asuccesful supplier was chosen by the client.

The Forward Planning Team (FPT) is an Agile based team provided by ATOS to support UCLH with the implementation of the EPIC Electronic Health Record System (EHRS). Following the reorganisation I was employed by Redbridge and Waltham Forest Health Informatics Service to deliver Primary Care IT Services to 119 GP Surgeries and Health Centre’s split across 2 London Boroughs (Redbridge, Waltham Forest)I was responsible for ensuring all elements of the GP's IT systems were operational, arranging support, installation and configuration of new equipment, Data Migration, LAN/WAN connections (N3), working with Primary Care IT Clinical System Suppliers such as EMIS, INPS, iSoft, Seetec and TPP to migrate the a GP's old Clinical Systems on to a new systems under GPSoC (GP Systems of Choice).I managed the rollout projects for the Installation of the original NHSnet and then the N3 Migration and the Choose and Book project.IT Project Manager for a new multi-million pound Emergency and Urgent Care Centre (EUCC) at Whipps Cross University Hospital. This centre had to integrate the services of 4 separate Healthcare Providers including a GP Surgery, an Out of Hours service, a Minor Injuries Unit and an Emergency and Urgent Care Unit. The systems that were deployed at the EUCC included a GP System (EMIS), PACS, Hospital PAS (iSoft), and the Out of Hours (Adastra).
