Being part of the fastest growing Accountancy practices in London that specialises in strategic planning and tax planning, Nordens has allowed me to continue to deliver a high level of work to all 1000 plus clients so that all their tax returns are filed on time. I use my own initiative to research any tax enquiries that need further advice which includes seeking advice from specialist third party companies, saving clients time and money.

Being Senior Tax Manager at Johal & Co Accounts, I was responsible for providing tax advice and planning to clients on all aspects of tax including Personal Tax, Corporate Tax, Capital Allowances, Capital Gains, Entrepreneurs Relief, EMI Share options, and EIS/SEIS while corresponding with HMRC regarding all tax enquiries. I helped with the preparation of sole trader accounts, rental accounts, as well as filing of all Self-Assessment Tax returns and CT600 returns.To help with the flow of the office, I maintained the IT infrastructure including hardware and software issues as well as dealing with all correspondence that comes into the office and dictating letters to clients and government bodies. In addition to my other responsibilities, I conducted staff performance reviews/appraisals as well as helping them improve by training and managing other members of staff.
