I am an extremely competent Construction professional with extensive experience in Design Delivery. I have a successful track record of winning and delivering multimillion pound projects for a highly reputable Construction Company. I am responsible for the technical delivery of all projects assisted by a dedicated design department. I have extensive experience in all industry sectors including commercial, residential, retail, manufacturing, education and healthcare. Over the last 5 years, my main focus had been to develop and sustain work streams as well as managing the design process from a projects inception through to completion. In addition to playing a major role in securing future work for the business within a challenging market place, I have also ensured that every project has been economically sustainable, the contractual obligations have been enforced, and the build completed according to technical specifications on time every time. This is demonstrable by my achievements in delivering projects for major brands such as ASDA, ARLA FOODS, SAINSBURY’S, DEPARTMENT FOR EDUCATION, LEEDS RUGBY, YORKSHIRE CRICKET and TK MAXX, leading to revenue generation in excess of £400 millionAs a Director in a fast moving environment governed by legislation, standards & codes of practice.
