Integrated with external service providers for payment processing, email delivery, lifelong email, company match on gifts, as well as a variety of DevOps and monitoring services.Assist with our secondary product, an event management platform for university “signature” events (homecoming, reunion, etc.) drawing many thousands of attendees. Fly in to town on my own to setup a large variety and quantity of computer hardware and hand-held barcode scanners. Facilitate university staff in organizing and managing their events, from the 30k foot view to the nitty-gritty details. Train event staff in the use of our hardware and how to efficiently run event check-in procedures. Oversee and troubleshoot day-of registration and check-in operations.
