During this time I was being up-skilled in every department and process to do with Sainsburys. I was put on a fast track to store manager course with other selected team leaders. I completed this at the end of December 2018

To make sure all the department training was up to date as well as look after key areas like till loss and stock control. I was tasked with restoring morale and effectively running the checkout team. On top of dealing with general day to day issues. This involved taking charge of scheduling the 80+ full time and part time staff more effectively and taking control of till loss which was unmanaged at the time.
