Manages the global investment operations team. Coordinates the firm's operations activities with management of internal and outside organizations (e.g., clearing firms, regulatory agencies, independent auditors) and key distribution partners. Leads execution of strategic priorities by translating those priorities into mid-term operational plans across the Physicals, Derivatives, Reconciliation, and Client Operations functional teams.

Leads the Implementation Services team for Australia and New Zealand. Responsible for the growth, daily product delivery, risk management and associate management of Russell’s implementation business in the region. Team consists of the exposure management (policy implementation, custom rebalance overlay, passive currency overlay), specialty asset management (transition management, interim portfolio management, model-driven investing), and execution management (commission recapture, global trading) businesses. Russell’s implementation services’ mandate is to achieve the most efficient risk-adjusted return for fund fiduciaries’ total plan assets.

Responsible for management of successful client outcomes. Charged with success in developing, managing, and implementing global portfolio transition strategies for global clients.Portfolio management: managing country and currency exposures, employing risk management techniques, implementing efficient trading methodologies, global securities transactions and settlement issues across all asset classes (equity, fixed income, derivatives, foreign exchange, and swaps). Executed in excess of $33bn in net principal traded and over $16mm in revenue across Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Non-ERISA, ERISA, foundations, public and private plans. Responsible for the majority, and largest, of Russell's external transition management clients.

Planned and carried out a 3,000 member division partnership program with Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, and the Czech Republic. Trained and ensured the readiness of 30 subordinate officers that involved team training and development programs. Advised senior officers on civil-military operations and foreign nation relations.• Division earned six US Army Europe annual awards for partnership.• Received accolade and award from head of division for coordinating successful high visibility cross-border events. • Selected as one of two personnel from the division to attend an elite, six week army leadership course at the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center, Civil Affairs.• Managed the readiness, training, physical fitness, welfare, morale and discipline of 55 soldiers.• While platoon leader, platoon won two annual battalion level competitions.• Responsible for the operational readiness, accountability and tactical employment of $5 million in supplies and equipment.
