I serve as the Data Systems Director at the Central Indiana Community Foundation, a leading philanthropic collaborative with over $1 billion in total assets. As a certified Salesforce administrator with over seven years of experience, I complete high-impact projects in Sales Cloud, Salesforce Communities, and Marketing Cloud.Beyond day-to-day operations, I orchestrate and architect the strategic direction of our systems, implement data collection strategies that relate back to our strategic goals, and improve business processes. In addition to Salesforce administration, I also lead our Grants Support team and champion a host of tools including Flow Builder, DLRS, Formidable Forms, Conga Composer, GiveGab, and Office365 applications.Outside of CICF, I actively seek partnerships with leaders in philanthropy tech, especially within the Technology Association of Grantmakers (TAG). This proactive engagement allows me to stay at the forefront of emerging tools, policies, and frameworks.
