Leading on the delivery of post implementation services, provided to our on premise and SaaS customer base.3rd Line Service Desk- Manage our Service Desk to provide support services, including incident and problem management for our partner network and assisting new customers with onboarding and product optimisation.Content Management- Manage all customer facing product documentation, including user guides, training materials and videos, in addition to managing our knowledge base (Confluence) and community site (AnswerBase).Project Office (PMO)- Manage the PMO team to ensure that sprint planning and delivery success is achieved whilst working with agile principles. Creating and monitoring of OKR's across all Delivery teams, whilst leading on operational procedures, task, skills and risk management across all Delivery teams.Test Manager- Manage a team of manual and automation test engineers to provide quality assurance on monthly product releases. Oversee the introduction of automation testing, including design of a new framework and CI integration, delivering efficiencies and allowing manual testers to diversify into other types of testing.
