SOURCING TASK:• Organizes and conceptualize events for recruitment activities• Maintains Jobstreet account and manages postings and harvests applications• Conduct phone interviews and phone screening • Checks background and resume information of applicants (verification of facts)• Allocates call center agents in corresponding positions that matches their salary expectation, work location and work schedule• Monitor daily show-ups for screening onsite or endorsement show-ups at the client's site• Provide sourcing updates during the weekly group or management meeting
