CurrentH.R. TASK:• Sets clear deadlines on pre-employment requirements with new hires and ensures timely follow up is made if necessary.• Prepares job offer letters and employment contracts timely and efficiently. • Safe keeps JO letters, Contracts, and other confidential documents of new hires.• Receives pre-employment documents are received from the new hires and filed promptly and efficiently.SOURCING TASK:• Support Recruitment through sourcing and pre-screening (e.g. call outs, invites, textblasts, etc.) for qualified candidates to fill positions based on the hiring requirements and targets.• Maximize all sourcing platforms/channels from Social Media, Online Job Portals, Referral • • • Programs and other offline initiatives to achieve hiring targets.• Represent the company in various external Sourcing events (e.g. job seminars, job fairs, client calibrations, etc.).• Work effectively with internal and external client.• Responsible for a small to massive sized hiring pipeline to meet sourcing targets and providing regular status reports.RECRUITMENT TASK:• Executes the End-to-End Recruitment Process for different different positions (e.g. Call Center Position, Executive Position and I.T. Position)• Experience in Behavioral and Targeted Selection Interviewing and Volume Hiring.• Good verbal and written communication skills (in English language).• Excellent comprehension and interviewing skills.
